Return and exchange window
Unused items in their original condition, with tags intact, can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use.
How to request a return or exchange
Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number and the reason. We will guide you through the pickup or return process.
Refunds
Once we receive the item and it passes a quality check, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For exchanges, the replacement is dispatched after we receive the returned item.
